At Longlands, we aim to make communication and payments as simple and convenient as possible for families. We are a cashless school and use Arbor, a secure online system that allows parents and carers to manage payments, bookings and school communications all in one place.
What You Can Do with Arbor
Using the Arbor app or website, you can:
- Make payments for school dinners
- View and top up meal balances
- Purchase school uniform
- Book places in Breakfast and After School Clubs
- Pay for school trips and activities
- Give online consent for your child to take part in events and outings
We will notify you by text or email when new items are available to book or pay for. Arbor makes it easy to manage everything at a time that suits you, helping to reduce paperwork and save time for both families and the school.
Getting Started
To begin using Arbor, you will need to activate your account. It’s quick and easy to do. All you need is the email address and mobile number that the school holds on record for you.
If you have a smartphone, we recommend downloading the Arbor app from your app store. The app shows the same information as the website and helps the school save money when sending messages.
If you are having trouble logging in, it may be because we do not have your current contact details. Please call the school office and we will update your information. You may also need to check that notifications are switched on for the app in your phone settings.
