Year 6 have been busy this morning finishing off their D/T topic on ‘Seasonal Food’ by preparing, cooking and assembling a Spring seasonal salad. They tasted and evaluated a range of ingredients from purple sprouting broccoli, radish to curly kale and baby spinach.
